GUIDANCE

Important player guidance

Shuttles, playing routines, safety and equipment are collected in one clear guide.

1

Shuttles

Our club has clear shuttle rules – read the instructions carefully.

2

Playing

Rotate players after games and make sure everyone gets roughly equal playing and resting time.

3

Etiquette

Encourage others, respect your partners and keep emotions under control.

4

Safety

Badminton is a fast-paced game. Use the right equipment, warm up properly, protect your eyes and do not leave belongings lying beside the court.

5

Equipment

Wear supportive indoor court shoes and choose a racket that suits your hand. You can ask us for advice when choosing the right racket.

6

Health

Respect others and yourself. Never come to play if you are ill or have symptoms of illness.
