The meeting will consider the annual meeting matters required by the association’s rules, including:

the annual report
the financial statements and the operations inspector’s report
approval of the financial statements and discharge from liability
the activity plan and budget for the coming season
confirmation of membership fees and playing fees
election of the board and other officers
